Anchored on former Terminals 2 and 3 of JFK International Airport’s south side, New Terminal One (NTO) transforms JFK into a world-class global gateway that welcomes up to 13 million travelers annually while expanding and modernizing terminal space.
Features include a spacious passenger lobby, expanded security areas, a wide range of retail and dining options, and 23 new gates to enhance comfort and efficiency.
Under Gensler, our team directly supports the vertical transportation scope, designing and integrating elevators, escalators, and egress stairs to ensure efficient movement throughout the terminal.
We’re currently providing Construction Administration services, ensuring the successful implementation of our work.
