Greg has been practicing architecture for over 40 years. As President, he sets the vision and direction of the firm and coordinates and executes financial, administrative and technical operations. Greg is a hands-on leader, managing several projects which range in size and complexity. He blends his experience as an architect and project manager with an effective mentoring style to bring teams together, working for the common goals of clients and, in effect, driving the success of the firm and our projects.

As Sr. Vice President of Architecture, Gwen leads her team providing expertise to a varied portfolio of complex projects that range from historic preservation and animal habitats to cutting edge tech infrastructure and state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. Drawing on her skills as a Certified NYS Code Enforcement Official, she is adept at integrating quality design with innovative code solutions, using an understanding of the “why” of the codes to better inform the “how” of architecture.

Gwen has been practicing for over 35 years and is recognized for her commitment to her clients, passion for technical and design excellence, and a philosophy that every day is a school day — fostering an environment that enables her entire team.

Jerry coordinates all engineering staff to ensure our clients are given the best uniform service and product statewide. As an officer of the firm, he helps guide key decisions that support Azar’s business development efforts and the refinement of his team’s approach to engineering design.

He brings specialized expertise in development and analysis of Emergency Management Response Plans and is well versed in disaster planning, response, recovery and mitigation. Jerry’s experience includes 11 years in government with service as Commissioner of the Erie County Department of Public Works. Having managed a team of over 300, including 175 staff covering five districts and more than 2,450 miles of county roads in the Division of Highways, he brings invaluable knowledge and a municipal client perspective.

As Sr. Vice President, Deanne leads the firm’s civil engineering and landscape architecture team. With 25+ years of experience across diverse projects, she brings expertise in site planning, stormwater management, green infrastructure, landscape design, grading, and utility systems.

As both a licensed Professional Engineer and Landscape Architect, Deanne has a holistic understanding of both built and natural environments and is passionate about fostering collaborative design. Her unique background allows her to seamlessly integrate infrastructure with environmental considerations, leading teams toward cohesive, thoughtful, and sustainable solutions.

Andy has more than 30 years of professional engineering and construction experience. He leads Azar’s Building Systems team with extensive experience in the design of a variety of fire protection, plumbing, and process piping systems for municipal, science & technology, higher educational, and commercial facilities. Andy holds professional engineering licenses in both mechanical and fire protection disciplines.

Roy has over 35 years’ experience in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering with a background in construction. He brings over 32 years of leadership experience in surveying projects throughout Western New York for municipal, commercial, and residential projects. Roy also has over 15 years of survey crew chief and onsite project management experience on job sites.

Maria brings more than 30 years of experience advancing healthcare, education, and institutional projects across the New York metropolitan region. She is widely recognized for her ability to build long-term client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and develop strategic growth initiatives that support complex, mission-driven environments.

Maria has played a pivotal role in expanding healthcare practices and securing long-term partnerships with leading academic medical centers, health systems, and educational institutions. Her portfolio includes engagement with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York-Presbyterian, NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health System, Northwell Health, and Columbia University Medical Center, as well as a broad range of K-12 and higher education institutions.

As Controller, Mohammed brings more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience to Azar Design Co. He has built his career on the conviction that great financial leadership empowers great work. As Controller, he collaborates with the executive team and discipline leaders to design and uphold the governance, controls, and reporting infrastructure that keep the firm both disciplined and agile. Under his stewardship, financial data becomes strategic insight, complexity becomes clarity, and ambitious goals become achievable plans.

Josh leads the firm’s efforts in building and sustaining fundamental support systems our teams rely on to deliver exceptional client solutions. Contributing to the firm’s strategic vision, he works closely with the executive team and practice leaders to enable project efficiency, streamline processes, and navigate changing needs as they evolve.

With over 15 years’ experience, Joshua also guides Azar’s most complex, highly visible projects from concept through Construction Administration and Construction Management, including major airport redevelopments at JFK and LaGuardia and the new Buffalo Bills Stadium. He brings the same level of commitment and empowerment to internal teams as he does our clients.

Lorena brings two decades of experience building high-performing teams and strategic partnerships throughout numerous industries including construction, healthcare, communications, and workforce development.

Based from our Philadelphia office, she leverages a portfolio of strategic growth across national and international borders with a deep understanding of multicultural dynamics that will strengthen Azar’s commitment to growing and maintaining client relationships in local and national markets.

Christy has been with the firm for 30 years. In her current role as Benefits Administrator, she is interwoven into key elements within Azar Design Co, including human resources, administration, and business development. Christy is dedicated to supporting our greatest asset – our employees – by fostering a culture of integrity, respect, loyalty, kindness and optimism.

Peggy joined Azar Design Co in 2008, and is currently serving as Director of Marketing, leading business development, communications and marketing efforts across New York. In addition to strategic planning efforts, she directs public relations, branding, website development, proposals, and presentations. She also represents Azar Design Co at many industry-wide trade shows.

Wayne has over three decades of experience providing both public and private engineering services. He is experienced in design, project management, and construction administration for a wide variety of engineering projects for state agencies, municipalities, developers, and public utility companies. He has been involved with numerous transportation, municipal, and private development projects that included bridge and highway design and construction, water and wastewater design, stormwater management, permitting, and site design and planning.

David Marcoux has two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams with a portfolio including 15+ aviation and rail-based renovation and redevelopment projects. Working successfully through numerous high-stakes design environments, he has developed a keen ability to anticipate and organize rigorous owner objectives while navigating the logistics of complex stakeholder agency requirements.

Recognizing the intricacies that come with coordinating high-profile design objectives where enabling and phasing are critical to a successful outcome, David’s expertise has been a key factor in steering simultaneous projects across multiple timetables. His work has directly influenced a growing relationship with Delta Airlines at LaGuardia Airport which led to an extensive list of collaborations with Delta, kicking off with their Terminal C East renovation as the Architect of Record and has ultimately resulted in his team being included on LaGuardia’s Terminal B Central Hall and Delta’s JFK Terminal 4 new Premium Lounge.

Bryce is a Sr. Associate in the architecture group and has over 31 years of professional experience. As the Director of Architectural QA/QC, he is responsible for the firm’s internal quality assurance and quality control protocol for architectural projects, in addition to his responsibilities as a project manager for architectural design. His experience includes design, programming, bid assistance, and construction administration as well as acting as Owner’s Representative in Design-Build scenarios.

Shawn is a Sr. Associate and the Director of Architectural Workforce Analytics with 42 years of experience. He has served as project manager and designer on a variety of projects, including, multi-family residential, healthcare related facilities, educational, municipal, parks, and recreation, building assessment, historic preservation, senior living, and hospitality and corporate development projects, as well as commercial and retail buildings. His work involves building design, space planning, site design, construction drawings and specifications, construction contract procurement, post-occupancy evaluations, damage/defect investigations, and square footage analysis. He has also reviewed applicability and project compliance with ADA, zoning, and municipal ordinances.

Michael brings over 24 years of professional experience, overseeing projects from initial design through construction. As an Associate in the architecture group, he provides design & detailing, project coordination, design & documentation management, and construction administration services for projects that range higher education, multi-family residential, healthcare, adaptive reuse, and historic preservation clients.

Marisa is an Associate in the architecture group with over 15 years’ experience in her field. Her roles include providing senior design services on projects spanning commercial, higher education, residential, municipal, and healthcare, working with clients from concept through construction. She takes special care in understanding project goals, code requirements, and the impacts on design while collaborating with clients and contractors to reach deadlines. Marisa also serves as Azar Design Co’s primary Healthcare Planner and Chief Laboratory Designer, having detailed experience working with clients on programming and facility design for various lab settings.

Jason has over 17 years of experience completing numerous engineering projects. His work includes bridge design and roadways with expertise in steel, pre-stressed concrete, cast-in-place concrete, and timber bridges, as well as roadway drainage, utilities, signage, sidewalks, guide rail and landscaping enhancements. He also provides structural engineering design services related to building rehabilitations, additions, new buildings, mechanical upgrades, building envelope, retaining walls, and shoring. As an Associate, he is responsible for the inspection of various roads, bridges and culverts, buildings, and has completed numerous structural inspections and retrofit projects.

Kevin brings nearly 40 years’ experience in the architectural profession as a designer and CADD technician. His experience has been centered in the K-12 educational and public transportation areas involving new design, renovations, and rehabilitations. He’s also experienced designing for building envelope work such as roofing, windows, and masonry, as well as interior upgrades, classroom renovations, field work and documentation, with familiarity of SED requirements.

Anthony adds 10 years of experience to the Azar team, completing numerous projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. As an Associate, he is responsible for project documents from schematic design through construction documents, planning board meetings and construction administration services, as well as the coordination of designs and drawings with our various consultants.

As an Associate, Deb brings over 20 years of experience working with teams on all aspects of project design and delivery. Her experience as a Project Manager includes a diverse range of projects with New York State agency clients such as DASNY, OGS, SUCF, and OMH. Deb works with clients to achieve project goals in the most efficient and cost-effective ways by creating thorough and complete construction documents and maintaining clear, consistent lines of communication between all team members.

She’s led and contributed to projects in the medical, education, residential, municipal, and commercial fields. Stephanie has direct experience working with clients to achieve design goals, program requirements, while conforming to health and safety standards and other required code compliance. She is familiar with current products and materials including quality of construction and product durability to assist clients in selecting appropriate products for their project.

Andrea brings over 20 years of technical expertise, sustainable design training, and a strong passion for creating impactful architecture to every project. With experience spanning a wide range of project types and scales, she has developed exceptional strengths in communication, documentation, planning, and detailing. A collaborative leader, she excels in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative design solutions for her clients and partners.

Neil has worked in architecture for over 27 years providing design services for a vast array of clients and specializing in interiors and space planning. He was the Senior Manager of Interior Architecture at Iskalo Development for just over 17 years and is now Senior Project Manager with Azar where he continues to strive to make every project reach its full potential.

Dante brings over two decades of experience balancing design, construction, project management, and technology. His diversified portfolio of work includes both large-scale and small-scale projects in corporate interiors, retail, multi-family, higher education, and cultural design. Since 2008, he has been at the forefront of BIM technology, integrating Revit to improve project efficiency while developing a more cohesive design and construction process. While overseeing projects from initial concept through completion, Dante uses his background in sustainable interiors to provide insight into forward-thinking and environmentally responsible practices.

Tom is a Landscape Architect with 20 years of experience in design and project management, contributing to and leading multidisciplinary teams on a broad range of open space projects from proposal through construction administration. His portfolio includes extensive work on playgrounds, parks and recreation, streetscape and large-scale transportation infrastructure, waterfronts, ecological restoration, and green infrastructure.

Max brings 10 years of experience in site design, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, utility and grading design, and stormwater management/SWPPP preparation. Their responsibilities have included site investigation, design drawing and technical specification preparation, preparation of SWPPP reports, construction administration and inspection (including SWPPP inspections), technical report writing, and cost estimating. Max is also responsible for completion of hydraulic analysis for bridge and culvert projects.

With a diverse background encompassing arts and science, Declan approaches design and planning with a well-rounded and holistic perspective. Declan has successfully managed large teams consisting of landscape architects, engineers, and designers. Together, they have worked on a wide range of award-winning projects, including public parks, urban streetscapes, large-scale infrastructure developments, natural playgrounds, and trails.

Lauren is a Sr. Engineer/Project Manager with 19 years of experience in stormwater management design and erosion & sediment control throughout New York State, including preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs), Construction Phasing Plans (CPPs) and Erosion and Sediment Control (ESC) Plans. She’s experienced with sanitary sewer and water design and has been involved with projects during bid and construction phases.

Colleen brings over 12 years of experience having managed a variety of successful projects within the sectors of K-12 school capital improvements, public parks, urban plazas, state highway redevelopment, and downtown revitalization studies. Her expertise includes site circulation and layout, multi-sport complexes, outdoor learning areas, traditional and natural playground designs, and private development master planning.

Colleen offers the technical ability to design and integrate stormwater management into each site design in an ecologically thoughtful way, approaching projects with a commitment to implement creative and functional green infrastructure practices whenever possible.

Zac is an experienced landscape architect with a 15-year track record of working on various projects, including urban design, campus planning, public landscapes, and civic infrastructure. His design work reflects his extensive knowledge of plant science, agriculture, and construction, resulting in the creation of cherished and enduring public spaces. Zac connects his professional and academic interests in landscape architecture and ecology to design innovative, resilient spaces grounded in thoughtful site assessment.

Crystal has over 15 years of experience leading urban, mixed-use, campus and park projects. She’s an experienced project manager prioritizing collaborative, multi-stakeholder and cross-disciplinary problem-solving. Crystal brings expertise across all phases of design, from concept through construction administration, and draws on interests in art, pattern, materiality, and the sociological and psychological dimensions of public space design.

Alexander brings over a decade of experience as an engineer spanning a diverse range of client-centered solutions across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in both urban and rural environments. His experience includes site design, hydraulic and hydrologic analysis, utility and grading design, soil erosion and sediment control, stormwater management with a focus on green infrastructure, and SWPPP preparation.

Greg has 10 years of experience as an engineer specializing in various types of projects. He provides services to CADD drawing, pavement and grading design, preparing cost estimates and construction administration.

Andy has more than 30 years of professional engineering and construction experience. Mike has over 25 years of experience in the electrical design of power, lighting and fire systems for schools, labs, fueling stations and site lighting. His responsibilities have included managing projects, budgets, and department personnel; survey of existing conditions; development of design criteria and design drawings for bid, filing and construction; communication and coordination of electrical issues and information with architects and clients, along with handling construction administration tasks and working on business development plans.

Alan has more than 30 years of consulting engineering experience, bringing extensive knowledge of both local and national codes to his projects. His expertise spans a wide range of domains, including the design of healthcare and high-rise facilities. In addition to these specialties, he has considerable experience with higher education projects, where he has successfully led numerous initiatives to enhance campus infrastructure and learning environments.

Paul brings over two decades of extensive experience in mechanical engineering and project management, having successfully contributed to a wide range of projects across various sectors. His expertise encompasses hospital, telecon, residential, hotel and commercial projects. Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated a consistent ability to manage complex projects, ensuring they meet rigorous standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

Vincent has 10 years of experience designing HVAC systems for various levels of commercial and institutional projects, primarily hospitals and outpatient facilities. He has a practical understanding of AHU systems, VRF systems, terminal units, hydronic systems, cooling/heating calculations, and pressurization/ventilation. He is also knowledgeable in a wide range of codes, which include the International, NYC Mechanical building codes, and the FGI Healthcare Guidelines. He has extensive experience in drafting using AutoCad and/or REVIT. His background in construction administration includes shop drawing reviews, punchlists, in-field coordination with contractors/architects/clients, change order reviews.

John has 30 years of experience in designing, programming, testing, provisioning, deploying, and supporting fire alarm and security equipment and associated systems in an engineering environment. He is highly skilled in systems planning and analysis with strengths in project management. He has an extensive background in the interpretation of fire alarm, CCTV, and access control integration technologies. He’s also served for two years as a NICET Subject Matter Expert and currently is an active member of the committee responsible for both the writing of certification examinations and statistical review of examination results.

Robert has nearly 40 years of electrical design and construction experience including CADD experience utilizing AutoCAD and MicroStation. His design experience includes high voltage equipment, electric service sizing, power distribution, branch wiring, generator sizing, lighting, site and sports lighting, fire alarm systems, data networks, access control and security, stage lighting and sound and construction supervision. His project experience includes various facilities including steel plants, gas plants, paper mills, substations, schools (K-12 and University), pump-stations, municipal, office buildings, bridges, vehicle maintenance facilities, Inter-modal facilities. He also has experience in mixed-use, Design-Build and value engineering.

Clint has over 28 years of mechanical design experience with complex HVAC and piping systems on multi-story high rise, industrial, correctional, parking garage, and wastewater treatment plants.

Umit is a seasoned A/E/C industry professional with over 25 years of construction and contract management experience. He has worked for various engineering consulting firms, successfully administering multiple simultaneous standalone and task order infrastructure construction inspection and supervision assignments for public and private clients. He brings over five years of public service experience at the NYC Comptroller’s Office as a Construction Contract Dispute and Delay Claim Expert, where he managed change order disputes, CPM analysis and delay related damages issues for his clients.

Chris is a seasoned expert in traffic engineering and transportation planning, with over twenty years of experience serving both public and private clients. His expertise encompasses traffic operations design, planning studies, and in-depth traffic analyses, complemented by a proven ability to deliver comprehensive technical reports and innovative solutions. With a track record of managing projects from initial planning through design and construction, he leverages his deep understanding of industry best practices to consistently exceed client expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Mike has over 40 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a background designing and constructing numerous short-span bridges, including precast concrete beams and steel superstructures as well as reinforced concrete culverts, sheet pile walls, substructure foundations, performing Level 1 Load Ratings, and analyzing fatigue-sensitive details. Additional experience includes analyzing and permitting overweight vehicles, designing structural lifting supports, designing impact damage repairs for bridges, structural steel repairs, reviewing and approving demolition, lifting drawings, preparing scoping documents, approving asphalt and concrete mix designs, and construction inspection.

Mike has over 45 years of expertise and experience as a Construction Management Professional with extensive experience and a proven success record in design, construction, facilities, infrastructure, Resident Engineering and Project Management.

He’s highly experienced in Resident Engineering for buildings, highway and bridge construction, design and inspection, project administration and management, program management and development, plant and project materials, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), traffic and safety design, and implementation and operations management. Mike has provided numerous cost competitive solutions and cost-saving recommendations on capital projects for the City of Buffalo and Erie County.

Carl brings over 50 years of experience to projects, including experience at a county level department of public works in the division of highways. Responsibilities ranged from review of all development projects along county roads to review of utility installation, storm water discharges and development of in-house procedures to evaluate loads for bridge crossings. He’s developed review and maintenance programs for repair, maintenance, and replacement of bridges, among many other tasks.

Don brings decades of experience as Oswego County’s Commissioner of Public Works County Legislator. During his term as Oswego County Superintendent of Public Works, he directed a department of 200 employees and oversaw the maintenance of 500 miles of County roads, 114 bridges, three highway garages, the County-owned asphalt plant, the Oswego County Airport, and the Comprehensive Solid waste System including five transfer stations, a garbage burning steam plant and a landfill.

Roy has over 35 years’ experience in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering with a background in construction. He brings over 32 years of leadership experience in surveying projects throughout Western New York for municipal, commercial, and residential projects. Roy also has over 15 years of survey crew chief and onsite project management experience on job sites.

Jeremy has over 15 years of field and office experience as a crew chief, instrument person and survey technician. He has field and office experience in the preparation of topographic, utility, boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys, ROW, condemnation, railroad, correctional facility, bridge, hydrographic, hydraulic cross sections, power line corridor, stakeout and construction surveys. He is proficient with a broad range of survey equipment and Survey CADD programs.

Gerard has over 40 years of experience and is active in the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors as a member of the Legislative Committee. He has experience with ROW mapping, boundary surveys, GPS/GIS control surveys and photogrammetric control surveys. Additionally, he has 30 years of experience with the NYSDOT as a Land Surveyor for the Buffalo Region.

Jordan has 10 years of surveying experience bringing expert familiarity with the use of all precision equipment including Trimble Total Station, Nikon Total Station, and various eye level equipment. He has extensive knowledge of isometric drawings, civil concrete drawings, and structural steel drawings.

Lucilia is a Sr. Survey Technician with over 20 years of experience providing computer aid design support for civil engineering and survey, creating vertical and horizontal alignments for highways and roadways, generating profiles, cross sections and typical sections. From survey data she has experience generating DTM, ROW, Basemapping, baseline, surface contours, acquisition maps, highways and properties boundaries. She is proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microstation V8i and InRoads.

Karen has over 20 years of experience as an environmental scientist, researcher, and educator. She has strong project experience with wetlands delineations, water quality/chemistry, ecosystems, hazardous materials assessments, Phase I/II Environmental Site Assessments, and community awareness. She has extensive experience with the remediation of retail petroleum sites and has managed sites in the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Spills Program overseeing the removal of underground storage tanks and the associated distribution systems. Karen is an Army Corps of Engineers certified wetland delineator and a New York State certified asbestos inspector.

Kurt brings over a decade of expertise as an environmental scientist and lead field technician. With a strong background in sanitary and storm sewer flow meter installation and maintenance, he excels in confined space entry and rescue operations. His specialization lies in open channel flow measurement, where he applies his deep understanding of design, construction, and hydraulics to deliver precise and reliable flow data.

Kurt possesses extensive experience in sample collection across various mediums, including wastewater, groundwater, soil, and hazardous materials. His proficiency extends to being a certified asbestos inspector, project monitor, and air technician recognized by the State of New York. This diverse skill set, coupled with his hands-on experience and knowledge of hydraulic conditions, ensures his ability to deliver high-quality results and contribute effectively to environmental projects.

Moy has over 30 years’ experience as an environmental specialist/consultant in the preparation of EIS Technical Reports for NEPA, NYSEQR and NYCEQR, mainly in the Greater New York Metropolitan Area. He has participated in numerous environmental projects related to transportation and transit systems, residential development, and facilities, conducting environmental assessments in the areas of air quality, noise, water quality, solid waste, and hazardous waste, as well as served as Environmental Permitting Agent. He has conducted numerous environmental site noise suitability studies per USHUD and NYCHPD criteria and guidelines in all five boroughs of New York City.

Angela is a results-driven Construction and Operations Manager with over 10 years of experience leading multimillion and billion-dollar infrastructure projects in the New York metropolitan area, including the $8B LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment and other major PANYNJ initiatives. Proven expertise in construction management, project operations, HR compliance, and financial oversight. Skilled in streamlining processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance in complex, fast-paced environments. Adept at cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation with a track record of delivering results on high-profile projects. Fluent in English and Spanish with strong proficiency in project management platforms including Procore, SAP, Primavera P6, and E-Builder.

Maria brings more than 30 years of experience advancing healthcare, education, and institutional projects across the New York metropolitan region. She is widely recognized for her ability to build long-term client relationships, lead multidisciplinary teams, and develop strategic growth initiatives that support complex, mission-driven environments.

Maria has played a pivotal role in expanding healthcare practices and securing long-term partnerships with leading academic medical centers, health systems, and educational institutions. Her portfolio includes engagement with Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, New York-Presbyterian, NYU Langone Health, Mount Sinai Health System, Northwell Health, and Columbia University Medical Center, as well as a broad range of K-12 and higher education institutions.

Lorena brings two decades of experience building high-performing teams and strategic partnerships throughout numerous industries including construction, healthcare, communications, and workforce development.

Based from our Philadelphia office, she leverages a portfolio of strategic growth across national and international borders with a deep understanding of multicultural dynamics that will strengthen Azar’s commitment to growing and maintaining client relationships in local and national markets.

David Marcoux has two decades of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams with a portfolio including 15+ aviation and rail-based renovation and redevelopment projects. Working successfully through numerous high-stakes design environments, he has developed a keen ability to anticipate and organize rigorous owner objectives while navigating the logistics of complex stakeholder agency requirements.

Recognizing the intricacies that come with coordinating high-profile design objectives where enabling and phasing are critical to a successful outcome, David’s expertise has been a key factor in steering simultaneous projects across multiple timetables. His work has directly influenced a growing relationship with Delta Airlines at LaGuardia Airport which led to an extensive list of collaborations with Delta, kicking off with their Terminal C East renovation as the Architect of Record and has ultimately resulted in his team being included on LaGuardia’s Terminal B Central Hall and Delta’s JFK Terminal 4 new Premium Lounge.

Andrea brings over 20 years of technical expertise, sustainable design training, and a strong passion for creating impactful architecture to every project. With experience spanning a wide range of project types and scales, she has developed exceptional strengths in communication, documentation, planning, and detailing. A collaborative leader, she excels in guiding multi-disciplinary teams to develop and deliver innovative design solutions for her clients and partners.

Umit is a seasoned A/E/C industry professional with over 25 years of construction and contract management experience. He has worked for various engineering consulting firms, successfully administering multiple simultaneous standalone and task order infrastructure construction inspection and supervision assignments for public and private clients. He brings over five years of public service experience at the NYC Comptroller’s Office as a Construction Contract Dispute and Delay Claim Expert, where he managed change order disputes, CPM analysis and delay related damages issues for his clients.

Mike has over 45 years of expertise and experience as a Construction Management Professional with extensive experience and a proven success record in design, construction, facilities, infrastructure, Resident Engineering and Project Management.

He’s highly experienced in Resident Engineering for buildings, highway and bridge construction, design and inspection, project administration and management, program management and development, plant and project materials, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), traffic and safety design, and implementation and operations management. Mike has provided numerous cost competitive solutions and cost-saving recommendations on capital projects for the City of Buffalo and Erie County.

Based in New York City, she serves as Azar Design Co’s Senior Business Development & Client Relations Manager, leading strategic initiatives throughout New York City and supporting the firm’s expansion into key markets. With a proven ability to cultivate lasting partnerships and identify growth opportunities, Amalia helps advance the firm’s mission of delivering innovative design solutions while strengthening relationships with clients, communities, and industry partners.

Peggy joined Azar Design Co in 2008, and is currently serving as Director of Marketing, leading business development, communications and marketing efforts across New York. In addition to strategic planning efforts, she directs public relations, branding, website development, proposals, and presentations. She also represents Azar Design Co at many industry-wide trade shows.

As Controller, Mohammed brings more than 10 years of accounting and finance experience to Azar Design Co. He has built his career on the conviction that great financial leadership empowers great work. As Controller, he collaborates with the executive team and discipline leaders to design and uphold the governance, controls, and reporting infrastructure that keep the firm both disciplined and agile. Christy has been with the firm for 30 years.
