Seeking passionate landscape architects/designers to join our expanding studio! This is your chance to be part of shaping a dynamic practice and contribute to projects that make a real impact. Join us in growing our program and helping to lead our diverse portfolio of work, including parks and greenspace, waterfronts, urban/downtown revitalization, transportation and infrastructure planning, trails, higher education, and stormwater/green infrastructure.   


Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior landscape architects in conceptualizing and developing design ideas, presentation materials, graphic renderings, and illustrations. 

  • Contribute your creative ideas and participate actively in design team meetings.

  • Assist with design and production of construction drawings and models as well as reports, cost estimates, specifications, and other project deliverables.  

  • Provide construction administration services, including submittal review, RFI responses, site visits, and quality control. 

  • Collaborate with diverse teams of architects, engineers, environmental scientists, and surveyors to bring projects to life. 

  • Help craft impactful presentations for clients, communities, and public agencies. 

  • Contribute to proposals and marketing materials to secure new projects. 

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and project partners. 

Skills and Qualifications: 

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent). 

Entry-level to 6 years of experience in landscape architecture, site/civil engineering, or related fields. 


Technical expertise: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD or MicroStation, and Adobe Creative Suite. 3D modeling skills (Sketchup, Rhino, or other) and rendering software experience preferred. 


Passion and creativity: A love for design and a desire to make a difference through public spaces. 


Teamwork and communication: Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. 


Growth mindset: A willingness to learn and contribute to building a successful studio


Approximate salary range: $26/hr-$36/hr depending on experience, role, and qualifications
